基尔所谓2400万豪宅被黄瑞林醉着来‘咬’，刹那间，瑞林化身成导游，带人来基尔宫殿参观。转眼间，他现在又成了基尔的‘中介’，带人来看房子，评价钱。
在基尔宫殿曝光的时间，刚好又是林首长迁新居的时刻。可是林首长的百万豪宅却被忽略了，反而基尔宫殿成了众人焦点。
听闻早在2月初时，坊间已经有传指该‘豪宅’的新主人将是首长林冠英，而且该豪宅也进行了大装修，有传装修费高达百万元，豪宅的市值250万元左右。
有说此豪宅是以每月租费6000元租来给首长‘暂住’的，但是若屋主以这个价钱出租，必须要20多年才能回收装修费的价钱，这样说来也是于理不合的。
不过，当人们欲查证豪宅主人的大名时，却受到一向强调‘透明化’的槟州官员以‘上头指令不能说’的理由回绝。给人一种此地无银三百两的感觉。
我想知道冠英豪宅到底何时交待？豪宅真正主人是何人？

Normal investment for properties for high end house is around 5-6% pa (luxury condo) but for the landed house is around 3-4% pa only, so renting at RM6000 is consider a very good investement already, you should understand the land price will grow plus the rental, you might having a 8-10%pa on steady income. Do your homework before you speak.

this is normal pricing at penang landed house, we din think that this is wrong. This house compare with ex menteri besar selangor house, what do u think? I din guan eng correct just compare with other, i think tht under his manage penang more better than previous one. so pls focus to the more worst case ....

Well, at least Penang CM has given reason and explanation, maybe it's just up to you to believe or not. But in my point of view, it's reasonable to rent a luxury house at RM 6000 as it's compatible with CM's income.
But what do you think about ex-MB of Selangor? I wonder why don't you make a post about 'his palace'? and maybe there's some explanation from him? So far until now, he hasn't explain to public how he can pay such a big amount of money for his palace monthly? His salary + allowance are far below the 'monthly payment' that he should pay to bank? How can he manage to do that? Don't you think this topic is more worth to be discussed?
Maybe share some lights about ex-MB palace? I bet ppl are wonder and curious to know more about it =)

槟岛洋楼买卖有价，出租没价，如你贷款90%买洋楼来出租，包你倒贴利息，槟岛洋楼是有现银人的买卖。
还有一点博客请别转帖“坊间”乱放炮的新闻，那种半独立洋房希要百万大装修？我对这装修公程流口水呢，你们有这样的空头吗？
